Right to Cancel and Return Your Order (EU Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.

How long do I have?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you would like to cancel or return it.

How do I cancel my order?

Simply email us at hello@thelittlewoodenpeg.com with your name and order number to let us know you wish to cancel or return your item(s).

What happens next?

Once you notify us of your intent to cancel via email, you have 14 days to dispatch and send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund using your original payment method. Refunds include the original standard delivery cost paid.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty or delivered in error, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items to our boutique.

Condition & Trying On Items

Garments and items can be inspected and tried on in the same manner you would in a physical boutique. However, items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

If an item has been worn, washed, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and fit, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.

Exceptions

The statutory right to cancel does not apply to:

• Custom-made, bespoke, or personalised items.

• Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

• Gift boxes or gift wrapping services that have already been fulfilled.

These terms do not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
