Shipping & Returns
We are getting your orders out as quickly as possible. However due to the severe lockdown situation in Ireland some orders may take up to 48 hours to process (orders are processed Monday to Friday). We do appreciate your patience and promise we are working as safely and as effectively as possible.* You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. If you order after 10am Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.
* Please note during busy times such as collection launches, Christmas etc. orders will take slightly longer to process.
Shipping will be provided by GLS or AN POST. This will be via a signed and/or signed and tracked service. For Ireland your order will usually arrive within 2-3 working days after you receive shipping confirmation. For Europe please allow 3-4 working days and Rest of World please allow 1-2 weeks.*
* Delivery within Ireland is generally operating as normal however all international orders will be dependent on each country's covid restrictions, there may be delays with shipments entering your country and being processed through customs. We appreciate your patience.

Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused, with all labels intact and in original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.
When returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs for faulty products only.
Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred) as appropriate. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s card excluding shipping costs and processed within 30 days on receipt of returned item(s).

We check every item before dispatch but if you are unhappy with anything you receive, please do email us immediately and let us know.
