Shipping & Returns
Orders are sent out daily Monday - Friday. If you would like your order sent the same day please order by 10am GMT, otherwise we will ship the following morning. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. If you order after 10pm Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.
Shipping will be provided by GLS or AN POST. This will be via a signed and/or signed and tracked service. For Ireland and UK you order will usually arrive within 2-3 working days after you receive shipping confirmation. For Europe please allow 3-4 working days and Rest of World please allow 1-2 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING/POSTAL TRANSIT TIMES MAY TAKE SLIGHTLY LONGER THAN USUAL DUE TO COVID-19.
Please ensure you provide a valid email address and telephone number when you order – we may need this information to contact you should any issues arise that could affect delivery time.

** Please note that orders to Japan and Australia will only be sent 1-2 times per week and this will be done via Royal Mail. If you would like your order more urgently we can send this via courier but unfortunately this will incur an extra shipping fee. Apologies for any inconvenience, we want to offer you the best possible shipping rates and feel this is the right option until An Post send again to these destinations. Orders will be tracked as usual and Royal Mail is a very efficient service.

If you wish to avail of local pick-up please select the Local Pickup tab option at the checkout, this will waiver delivery fees and your order will be held for you to collect in store.

Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused, with all labels intact and in original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.
When returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs for faulty products only.
Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred) as appropriate. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s card excluding shipping costs and processed within 30 days on receipt of returned item(s).

We check every item before dispatch but if you are unhappy with anything you receive, please do email us immediately and let us know.
