Each card offers a word on the front and an age-appropriate definition and exercise on the reverse, providing parents and caregivers with ways to educate, connect and communicate with their child.
With each card, little ones will be invited to:

· Move mindfully with breathing and yoga poses

WYNNE KINDER M.Ed. holds a master's degree in education from Eastern Mennonite University, and her teaching career spans 30 years. As owner of Kinder Associates LLC and Wellness Works in Schools, she creates programming, online & onsite trainings through teaching tools that address: mindful awareness, self-care, re-regulation, diverse learning needs, trauma in the classroom, healthy connection, social emotional skills, engagement & participation and behaviour guidance.
ANNELIES DRAWS is a self-taught illustrator based in the Netherlands, originally from South Korea. She has loved to draw since she was a little girl, and works with traditional mediums such as coloured pencils and gouache paints with whimsical colours.
